Our portfolio includes the first to be certified Passive House in Northern Ontario.

Grounded in building science and informed by Passive House principles, our work prioritizes durability, energy performance, and occupant health. We pay close attention to how materials and assemblies come together on site, coordinating closely with all project partners to ensure a smooth, well-managed process from start to finish.
